Gymnastics is the perfect activity to prepare children for long-term participation in sport. It also helps to develop the fundamental movement skills for life.
Our gymnastics programs are fully equipped with balance beams, parallel bars, rings, mini-trampolines, uneven bars, vaults and more.
Children who participate in gymnastics will benefit from:

Recreational gymnastics
Our recreational gymnastics program is aimed at primary school-aged and early secondary school-aged children. The program is run by qualified, experienced and quality coaches.
Children experience all aspects of gymnastics including bars, beam, floor, rings and vault. This develops balance, coordination and spatial awareness as well as their strength, flexibility and technical skills. The program is fun with opportunities to progress.
Ages: Children from prep to 14 years
Class duration: One hour
Class times:
- Wednesdays between 4:00pm and 7:00pm
- Thursdays between 4:00pm and 7:00pm
Price: $34.00 (fortnightly debit) plus $47.00 annual Gymnastics registration fee
Gymstar
Gymstar is a recreational-competitive program with an emphasis on technique and execution. Gymnasts progress through Gymstar levels and attend external competitions to perform competitive level skills. Gymstar classes are grouped according to age and ability. The focus is on further developing the skills already learned in the recreational program. There are multiple GymStar levels and once your child is selected, we'll then confirm training level, time duration and cost.
Ages: Children from prep to 14 years (who have progressed from our recreational gymnastics program)
Class duration: From 90 minutes
Prices: Prices vary according to level and hours plus $47.00 annual Gymnastics Victoria registration fee
Competition fees and club uniforms will incur an extra cost.

Please note that make-up lessons are not available if your child cannot attend a class. If you cancel for medical reasons, you can receive a credit returned to your account.
